Affectionately called the "Artist Loft", the third floor is light and airy with lots of space to spread out. Two private bedrooms offer a peaceful respite from busy days and both bathrooms have soaking tubs, one being a classic clawfoot. A lovely private balcony overlooks the garden and other historic homes in the neighborhood.

The property’s beautiful backyard garden with a fire pit is also available for guest use and makes a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or great evening conversation. We live nearby and love to sit by the fire with guests from time to time.
